Vol. 107 Presentation of new collection "Agosto23"
Like every semester, FORMATEX joined Expo Guadalajara from August 16 to 19 with the Cariñito Café Showroom, which is located on Avenida de las Rosas only 200 meters away from the Expo. During the event, there were food and drink services, personalized attention, order tracking and of course, the presentation of the NEW COLLECTION .
There was an estimated attendance of 200 participants and during the International Furniture Expo some furniture could be seen in several of the stands made with Formatex fabrics, which allowed our participation in the expo to have full coverage.
In this summer edition, a collection of fabrics never seen before was shown, as it is composed of trendy colors such as greens, oranges, yellows and blues.
Likewise, there is a wide variety of fabrics and textures such as marbled velvets, bouclés, jacquards with bouclés and different thicknesses of threads to create volume and figures.
An event that undoubtedly marked this August 2023 expo was white trace, an event held by FORMATEX and SMueblerias , with the function of bringing together the most important representatives of the furniture industry, designers, merchants and interior designers to obtain close relationships between the different members of the sector. 
The location where the event takes place is always secret and no guest knows where they are going to maintain excitement and suspense. This year it was held in KIDZANIA , as the purpose was to provide an experience of disconnection and fun for adults and for them to return to live and remember when they were children.
Likewise, a giveaway was held on Instagram with Diámetro , an associate client who participated with a curved sofa with the LEGACY ECRU fabric in a neutral, soft and easy-to-combine tone. On August 19 , the winner of this award was announced in an Instagram Live . 
Another associated client that could not be missed was Abusaid , who participated in a raffle for two chairs with the TARA fabric that were raffled directly at the Cariñito Café Showroom, during the closing.
