Términos y condiciones

LOS PRECIOS ESTAN SUJETOS A CAMBIOS SIN PREVIO AVISO Y SON DISPONIBLES EN EL MOMENTO DE REALIZAR LA COMPRA.

 

  1. Para tomar el pedido en firme es necesario sea autorizado el pago por VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS O PAYPAL (esto toma un lapso de 48 horas hábiles) y recibir la confirmación de la compra la cual será enviada a su correo una vez completada la transacción en nuestro portal, les solicitamos verificar en su bandeja de “correo no deseado” pues en ocasiones puede ser direccionada la respuesta a esa bandeja.
  2. Una vez realizada su compra o pago, no habrá rembolsos monetarios, si en dado caso el usuario desea cancelar su pedido y aún no ha sido cortado, se podrá cancelar el pedido y el usuario quedará con saldo a favor para su siguiente compra sin límite de vigencia. Si en dado caso el pedido ya fue surtido y cortado ya no será posible la cancelación del pedido y éste seguirá su curso hasta el final.
  3.  Es responsabilidad del usuario al registrarse en el sistema, ingresar correctamente datos personales y el domicilio al cual será enviado el producto, FORMATEX no se hace responsable si los datos no fueron correctos y el producto se extraviara.
  4.   Será responsabilidad del usuario comunicarse a nuestras instalaciones ya sea vía correo electrónico o vía telefónica en caso de requiera algún cambio en su pedido o bien especificaciones especiales que no hubiesen sido mencionadas en el sistema.
  5.  Una vez realizado el pedido se le proporcionará un tiempo estimado de entrega, esta información le será notificada en nuestro portal.
  6.  Cuando el pedido sea entregado a la fletera se le proporcionará el número de guía, así como el número telefónico de la compañía encargada de fletes, será responsabilidad del usuario ponerse en contacto con la empresa transportista para recibir información del día estimado de entrega.  (En caso de que la fletera sufra algún contratiempo FORMATEX no será responsable del atraso de la fletera).
  7.  Al recibir el pedido en su domicilio es responsabilidad del usuario verificar que el producto se encuentre en buen estado antes de firmar de conformidad.
  8.  Los colores y texturas mostrados en el portal pueden diferir, los colores pueden variar de monitor por lo que FORMATEX no se hace responsable de esas diferencias de tonos y texturas.
  9. En caso de requerir factura debe solicitarla una vez realizado el pedido por correo electrónico o WhatsApp con todos los datos completos, de no solicitarla dentro de las 24 hrs de que su compra fue realizada esta se facturara a público en general. 
  10. En los productos de Sorella Double: La compra mínima es de 10 metros en delante, toda compra realizada menor a ese metraje será cancelado automáticamente y el cliente quedará con saldo a favor para su siguiente compra.


TODA REFACTURACIÓN TENDRÁ UN CARGO DE $ 200 PESOS POR FACTURA más IVA (Del mes en curso).

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

  1. To confirm the order, it is necessary that the payment be authorized by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or PAYPAL (this takes a period of 48 business hours), and receive the purchase confirmation, which will be sent to your email once the transaction is completed on our portal. We ask you to check your "spam" folder, as the response may be directed there on occasion.
  2. Once your purchase or payment is complete, there will be no refunds. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been cut, you can cancel it and receive a credit balance for your next purchase, with no expiration date. If your order has already been fulfilled and cut, it cannot be canceled and will continue to be processed.
  3. It is the user's responsibility, when registering in the system, to enter personal data and the address to which the product will be sent correctly. FORMATEX is not responsible if the data is incorrect, and the product is lost.
  4. It is the user's responsibility to contact our facilities either via email or phone in case any changes to their order are required or if there are special specifications that were not mentioned in the system.
  5. Once the order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided, and this information will be notified on our portal.
  6. When the order is handed over to the carrier, the tracking number and the phone number of the freight company will be provided. It is the user's responsibility to contact the transport company to receive information about the estimated delivery day. (In case the carrier encounters any issues, FORMATEX will not be responsible for the delay caused by the carrier).
  7. Upon receiving the order at your address, it is the user's responsibility to verify that the product is in good condition before signing for it.
  8. The colors and textures shown on the portal may differ; colors can vary from the monitor, so FORMATEX is not responsible for these differences in shades and textures.
  9. In case you require an invoice, you must request it once the order is placed by email or WhatsApp with all the complete details. If not requested within 24 hours of your purchase, it will be invoiced to the general public.
  10. For Sorella Double products: The minimum purchase is 10 meters or more; any purchase less than this length will be automatically cancelled and the customer will have a credit balance for their next purchase.

ALL REINVOICING WILL HAVE A CHARGE OF $200 PESOS MORE TAXES PER INVOICE (Current month).
